Dulce Panda Creamery has created a mission of spreading positivity and happiness while providing a friendly and clean environment where customers can enjoy the ultimate ice cream experience. We do this by guiding young adults into the beginning of their working careers and providing quality careers for people of all ages that want to be a part of a growing corporation. Dulce Panda Creamery is a vibrant work environment where our team comes together to express camaraderie and exceptional customer service. Most of our customer traffic occurs in the evenings and on the weekends, especially weekend nights. So those are the important times when we need availability to ensure that our customers get the great service they expect. For our team members who are in school we are as flexible as possible in scheduling shifts around school and/or sports schedules. In return, we ask that our team members be flexible and understand the seasonality of our company. If the weather is cold or rainy, we may need to cancel a shift, or if the weather is warm and sunny, we may have open shifts to be picked up. When a team member is in a sport they are expected to work and be available for the shifts they have committed to. If they cannot maintain their shifts, they may need to go seasonal (seasonal is employment between the months of May-Aug). I’ve read and understand these requirements, and I am able and willing that I can commit to them.
